Helplines and Support

Below, listed alphabetically, are details for some organisations that can offer advice, help or a friendly voice to support, if needed.

Some are websites, others have telephone numbers, text services, online chat or telephone support available. I am unsure if any of these services are chargeable, so you may need to find that out if you wish to contact any services. As I am based in the UK, this content will be relevant to the United Kingdom.

I have found these services through my own research, but there are also many other support networks out there. If you find or know of a useful organisation that I can add to the list, then please use the ‘get in touch’ page to let me know.
